Déborah Brime Sánchez

If you knew me, you’d know that I’m a bit of a restless soul and very curious. I love traveling and discovering new worlds, cultures, and people. It drives me to broaden my perspective more and more.

I am a somatic therapist, educator, and guide for transformational processes through the body, tantra, and art.

I have Barcelona roots but consider myself a citizen of the world (even though it sounds like a typical cliché). I’ve traveled through several Asian countries and lived in India, where I deepened my spiritual path and absorbed the philosophy of life that is now part of me.

I strongly believe in the power of education as a driver of social change. Since I was very young, I knew I wanted to be a teacher, and after several years working in that field with children and their families, I now dedicate myself to guiding adults in their personal processes. I feel that my way of supporting them is imbued with the playfulness, innocence, and creativity characteristic of early childhood.

I graduated in Early Childhood Education from the UAB and specialized in Systemic Education. I decided to merge my vocation with my passion. Therefore, in addition to the courses and retreats I attended in Asia, I trained in Hatha Vinyasa Yoga at Mandiram Barcelona and completed a postgraduate degree in Body, Art, and Consciousness at Alas Artes en Movimiento School.

Art has always been a big part of my life; I feel that when I am not in contact with it, I dim. I’ve danced since I was little and have been part of an amateur theater company. This is why I felt the need to train in Body and Artistic Therapy to add that perspective to my profession.

On my personal journey, I realized how much I had been repressing my pleasure, sensuality, and sexuality. All of this led me to enter Tantra, a practice that I feel has changed my life. Today, I am a Tantra facilitator and a Gestalt Therapist.

I am fascinated by somatic work; I believe many answers lie within the body, and generally, we live disconnected from it. So, bodywork, along with tantra and creativity, are key ingredients in my therapeutic recipe.

I am passionate about working with women, creating spaces of freedom, inspiration, and self-knowledge where they can express themselves without masks and dare to conquer the world! My purpose is to accompany others from the integration of body, mind, and heart. I create spaces where people get to know themselves, connect with their personal power, claim it, and express it clearly.

My mantra:

“Happiness is when what you think, what you say, and what you do are in harmony.” – Mahatma Gandhi
